Our learning and development programme is fundamental to ensuring that our people are confident, competent and have the right skill set for their role, whatever their role.
All of our employees are encouraged to evaluate and openly discuss their performance and learning needs with their manager, throughout the year; culminating in an end of year Performance Review and Development Programme (PRDP) review. We want our people to grow, both professionally and personally, but to also reach their full potential.
We offer tailored, work-based skills training for our apprentices and trainees which are often in conjunction with supporting their achievement of technical qualifications, such as higher level qualifications and NVQs. We have also invested in our own internal training team to deliver sector specific training and NVQs.
For those employees wishing to study professional qualifications, such as Project Management, Finance, Marketing and Human Resources, and to individuals who are already qualified and wish to achieve Chartered status in their particular professional body, we also offer various levels of support.
